These are the Terms of Service between you and 3.14nk SRL (“3.14nk”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders & prices

All prices are in EUR, VAT included for EU orders. Shipping is free within the EU. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Returns

You have 14 days to return any product, unworn and in original packaging, for a full refund. We pay return shipping within the EU. Custom or final-sale items cannot be returned.

Warranty

We warranty frames for 2 years from date of purchase against manufacturing defects, and the rose lens tint for life. Wear and tear, accidental damage, and third-party modifications are excluded.

No medical claims

3.14nk eyewear is not a medical device. Rose-tinted lenses may help some people with photosensitivity, but we don’t make clinical claims and the frames should not be used as a substitute for medical advice.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bucharest.
